4. Purposes

Data may be processed to provide access, deliver reports, verify subscription status, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, operate and secure the service, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Service Providers and Platforms

The intended production website and service infrastructure will be hosted on a STRATO VPS operated by STRATO GmbH. STRATO processes hosting-related data under the applicable hosting agreement and data-processing terms.

Telegram provides the channels, bot interface and report delivery. Telegram processes relevant data under its own terms and privacy policy. If a payment method is introduced in the future, payment-related processing may also involve the applicable payment provider. Bitcoin Pulse Monitor does not receive card or wallet credentials.

Support email is currently handled through WEB.DE. The service does not use advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, or marketing cookies. If analytics, a new payment provider, or another material service provider is added, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that processing begins.

6. International Transfers

STRATO hosting is intended to be configured in Germany or the European Union. Telegram is an independent platform and may process data outside the European Economic Area in accordance with its own privacy documentation and transfer mechanisms. By interacting with a Telegram channel or bot, the user uses that platform subject to Telegram's own privacy terms. The operator does not intentionally transfer data to other countries except where a listed provider's service necessarily involves such processing or disclosure is required by law.

7. Retention and Deletion

The retention schedule in Section 3 is the normal maximum schedule for operational records. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for the stated purpose. It may be kept longer only where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, investigate an incident, or comply with a legal retention obligation. Where an account-access record and an accounting record have different retention periods, the longer legal retention period applies only to the required accounting record.

8. Security

Bitcoin Pulse Monitor uses proportionate technical and organisational measures, including access controls, restricted operational access, and encrypted website connections after HTTPS is enabled. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users must not send private keys, seed phrases, exchange passwords, card numbers, or identity documents through Telegram or email.

9. Automated Responses

The support bot may provide automated FAQ responses and may log unmatched questions for service improvement. It does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects for users. Access and payment outcomes depend on the relevant Telegram platform information and the service rules shown before purchase.

10. User Rights

Subject to applicable law, users may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent where consent is used, and complaint to a competent supervisory authority. A request may be sent to support@pulsemonitor.eu. The operator may need to verify identity before acting on a request.

11. Children

The service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, if higher. The service is not directed to children.

12. International Launch Note and Updates

This is an international launch draft. Local privacy and consumer laws may apply depending on the user's country of residence. This Privacy Policy will be updated before any material change to the data-processing setup. Final legal review is required before publication.
