Bitcoin Pulse Monitor Terms and Conditions

1. Provider and Contact

Bitcoin Pulse Monitor is operated by:

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Bitcoin Pulse Monitor website, public Telegram channel, Pro Telegram channel, bot commands, market-map images, Pulse updates, PDF reports, paid access, support, and related service features.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Before paid access starts, the user must be able to review and actively accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, payment information, and required disclosures. Checkboxes must not be pre-selected.

4. Service Description

Bitcoin Pulse Monitor is an independent, model-based Bitcoin market-context reporting service. Reports may include selected public market data, ETF-flow context, exchange-flow context, derivatives context, model zones, charts, Pulse updates, PDF reports, and source limitations.

The service is informational. It is not a trading signal service and does not provide trading instructions.

5. Information Only; No Financial Advice

Bitcoin Pulse Monitor is provided for information only. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, individualized investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, trading recommendations, or a recommendation to buy, sell, go long, go short, enter, exit, hold, or size a position.

The service does not assess a user's financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, experience, tax position, legal position, or suitability for any trade, investment, product, or strategy.

6. Model Outputs and Market Risk

Model levels, support and resistance areas, liquidation zones, scores, scenarios, and market-state labels are estimates based on available data and internal model calculations. They are not confirmed order-book data, confirmed liquidation maps, or guarantees of future market movement.

Bitcoin and other cryptoasset markets are volatile. Market conditions can change quickly, and a report may become outdated shortly after delivery. Trading and investment decisions remain the user's own responsibility and risk.

Bitcoin Pulse Monitor is not designed for emergency, real-time risk management, automated trading, or time-critical execution decisions.

7. Data Sources and Availability

The service may use selected public data sources, including public market data from Binance and other providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete, stale, unavailable, revised, or inaccurate. Providers may change formats, restrict access, return errors, or stop providing data.

Bitcoin Pulse Monitor does not guarantee uninterrupted data access, exact delivery timing, complete data availability, error-free calculations, or future market outcomes.

8. No Affiliation

Bitcoin Pulse Monitor is not affiliated with Binance, Telegram, ETF providers, exchanges, brokers, trading platforms, or data providers mentioned in a report, unless expressly stated otherwise. Names and marks may be used only to identify public sources or market context.

9. Paid Access, Payments, and Delivery

Paid Pro access is not currently offered. Before any purchase is made available, the service will show the available plan, price, delivery frequency, payment method, access period, renewal status, cancellation method and required disclosures.

Access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may be linked to the Telegram account or user ID used for purchase. The user is responsible for keeping that account secure.

Reports are normally delivered through Telegram. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable because of provider delays, Telegram restrictions, maintenance, connectivity problems, API errors, rate limits, technical failures, payment verification, or legal and platform restrictions.

10. Acceptable Use

Pro content is for the subscriber's personal use. Users may not publicly repost, resell, commercially redistribute, scrape, mirror, systematically extract, or use subscriber-only content to provide a competing service. Users may not share access credentials or invite links in a way that bypasses paid access.

Bitcoin Pulse Monitor may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for non-payment, fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, scraping, attempts to bypass access controls, or material breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Service

Bitcoin Pulse Monitor may change report formats, chart design, wording, model labels, data sources, delivery schedules, bot commands, pricing, or service features. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated where reasonably practical and where required by applicable law.

12. Refunds, Cancellation, and Consumer Rights

Cancellation, refunds, and consumer rights are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Consumer Rights Policy. The applicable terms for any future paid service will be shown before purchase.

For users in jurisdictions where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights remain unaffected. Immediate access to digital content or a digital service may require express consent and acknowledgement where applicable law requires it.

13. Intellectual Property

Reports, charts, PDF layouts, model structure, text, terminology, software, and service content belong to Bitcoin Pulse Monitor or its rights holder, unless third-party rights apply. These Terms grant personal access to the service content, not ownership of it.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to mandatory law, Bitcoin Pulse Monitor does not accept responsibility for independent trading, investment, tax, legal, or market decisions made by a user, including trading losses, investment losses, missed opportunities, or market outcomes.

No guarantee is made regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or future market movement.

15. Privacy

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Use of the service may involve Telegram account identifiers, payment or access status, support messages, delivery logs, and technical logs.

16. Applicable Law and Mandatory Rights

This international launch draft does not determine a final governing-law clause. The final terms must identify the applicable law after the operator's legal setup is confirmed. Mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in a user's country of residence remain unaffected.
