Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Information Shown Before Purchase

Before purchase, the user must be shown the price, billing period, renewal status, cancellation method, access-end timing, and refund conditions.

2. Trial and Automatic Renewal

Bitcoin Pulse Monitor may offer a 14-day PayPal subscription trial. This trial requires the user to actively approve a PayPal subscription before it starts. After the trial, the subscription renews at EUR 14.99 per month until cancelled. The price, trial duration, billing interval, first billing date, renewal status, cancellation method, and applicable refund conditions must be shown before the user approves the subscription.

3. End of Access

For a cancelled PayPal subscription, access normally remains active until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation stops future charges. Access may end earlier only where a statutory withdrawal, refund, fraud decision, platform decision, or technical correction requires a different result.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on mandatory law, the PayPal payment platform and the circumstances of the purchase. A refund is not automatically created merely because an active paid period ends, a subscription is cancelled for the next period, or a user decides not to renew.

For consumers in Germany, the statutory withdrawal information and model withdrawal form are in the Consumer Rights Policy. Where the customer expressly requests immediate start of the ongoing service, any legally applicable proportional value compensation for service already provided is assessed under the applicable law. Bitcoin Pulse Monitor does not claim that access activation alone automatically removes statutory withdrawal rights for the entire monthly service.

Users should contact support@pulsemonitor.eu for review of duplicate payments, failed activation after a successful payment, or another payment-related technical issue.

5. Consumer Rights

For users in jurisdictions where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights remain unaffected. See the Consumer Rights Policy for the Germany-specific withdrawal information and model form.
